Eligible applicants include students from Madhya Pradesh state enrolled in the eleventh or twelfth grade, pursuing bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degrees.

The government has introduced an official portal for scholarship applications, eliminating any charges for accessing the MP Tass Scholarship form—it is now entirely free. 

All those students pursuing undergraduate or graduate degrees across various programs, such as BA, BSc, BCom, BTech, MSc, MCom, MTech, Nursing courses, MBA, among others, are eligible for the MP Tass Scholarship 2023.

Objectives of Scholarship

Undergraduate (UG) courses like B.Work, B.Sc., BA (not in Group I and II):

UG/PG courses in Nursing, Pharmacy, LLB: 

Scholars: Rs 530

Hostellers: Rs 820

Medical, Engineering, Management, M.Phil., Ph.D., UG, PG: 

Scholars: Rs 550

Eligibility Criteria for Scholarship

Citizenship and Residency:

Must be an Indian citizen and a resident of Madhya Pradesh.

Enrollment Requirements: 

Should be enrolled in a school providing 11th and 12th-grade classes or pursuing graduate or Ph.D. level programs.

Caste Category:

Must belong to either the scheduled caste or scheduled tribe category.

Income Limit:

The family’s annual income should not exceed 6 lakh rupees.

Government Employment:

The applicant’s family members should not be employed in any governmental capacity.
